I – along with the other trillion people in the world – am a proud Harry Potter fan, and so I was thrilled to learn that a top online casino is bringing the wonder and magic of the boy magician to its site. To celebrate the launch of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part I, which premiered this week, Virgin Casino is offering players the chance to win tickets to the new Harry Potter theme park that opened in Orlando, Florida. There’s not much you need to do to put yourself in line to win these tickets, except wager on some of the selected slot games at the online casino to get your name in the draw. If that what it takes to stand a chance at winning this super prize, you can count me in!
I’ve been dying to pay a visit to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando and this may be the opportunity I’ve been waiting for. The theme park opened this June to much fanfare, and much to the delight of the millions around the world who can now experience the magic of JK Rowling’s novels up close. I’m sorry that I missed the grand opening, because apparently some of the main members of the cast were in attendance, including Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint.
I’m going to do a bit of fantasizing here in case I am the lucky winner of the four tickets at Virgin Casino. I’ll start off with the Dragon Challenge – a ferocious roller coaster that twists and turns and nearly collides in mid-air! I’ll then opt for a milder ride on the family-friendly Flight of the Hippogriff that spirals and dives among a pumpkin patch. I’ll end off my visit with the Forbidden Journey where I’ll soar above the castle grounds on ‘enchanted chairs’, encountering dragons, spiders and the Whomping Willow along the way.
At Harry Potter’s Wizarding World, I’ll also be doing shopping at shops called Dervish and Banges, Flich’s Emporium and Owl Post…. I’ll dine at Hog’s Head Pub and take in the Frog Choir Show…. and until then I’ll settle back and enjoy the online slots at the some of the best casinos, hoping that the tickets will be mine!
